I quickly asked the manager to sign my battery user guild with serial numbers written on it… Then I was told that to make it a good return I had to have all the serial numbers from the “kit”…since I could be trying to get a battery for free or from an e-bay tool. No, your not in the system and scanning their receipt comes up empty… Go home and grab the battery and my receipt with serial numbers… Nope, I was told I had to have the old battery… Called over a manager, he says he put me in the system for an exchange and a call when the batteries would come in…you guessed it no call after 4 weeks and then ah! a battery on the wall! I quickly grabbed it confident in the no hassle warranty and hey I’m in the system…right? warranty on the tool.įirst couldn’t find a battery, tried several times nothing.
